According to the authorized release, "A mysterious meeting leads protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh adventure, where whispers of banned ceremonies and fearsome metamorphoses resonate through the obscurity." The narrative introduces a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a clandestine cult.
The questline centers on "bizarre tests and a fearsome enemy" and is available to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The trailer highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The preview finishes with a striking moment showing a character, probably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
